Tracy graduated from Rutgers University. She has a PHR (Professional HR) and is also a CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) and CSSR (Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter). Tracy has spent the last 25+ years in Human Resources as a Recruiter at various large companies in the New York area.
Tracy lives in Wappingers Falls, NY and has been very involved in several community athletic programs. In her free time, she enjoys art, refinishing furniture, and photography. She also enjoys following the Yankees, Duke Basketball, and the Jets.
