Spencer Brown

Spencer Douglas Brown was born in Livingston, NJ and currently resides in Caldwell. He is pursuing a bachelor's in Economics at Penn State University, where he has earned Dean’s List recognition across multiple semesters.

Spencer’s work ethic has been shaped by meaningful, hands-on experience. For eight years, he worked in multiple roles at Cloverleaf Tavern, developing communication skills, adaptability, and a strong commitment to service. He also spent three years as a recreation summer camp counselor, gaining experience leading, supporting, and encouraging young people. On campus, Spencer has been an active member of Alpha Epsilon Pi, where he contributed to THON family relations and played a role in raising funds for pediatric cancer research—a cause rooted in impact, compassion, and community.

Spencer began his journey with Strategies for Wealth as an intern in 2023 and chose to continue because of the firm’s culture, mentorship environment, and the opportunity to grow his career alongside people who share his values. His advice to clients centers on preparation and intention: saving early and often to build the future you want. He believes that owning and growing assets is one of the most powerful ways to build financial strength and long-term stability.

Spencer’s mission is to positively impact clients not just through planning strategies, but through conversations that educate, empower, and support thoughtful decision-making. He believes that the effect you have on others is the most valuable currency—and he aims to live that belief through his work every day.

Spencer's interests outside of work include travel, fitness, soccer, and golf. These activities reflect his appreciation for discipline, curiosity, and connection.
