Matthew Gross was born in Norfolk, Virginia, and now resides in New York, NY. He recently received his degree in Marketing from Loyola University New Orleans. He was honored as a College of Business Scholar in 2024, recognizing his academic excellence and leadership.

Matthew is an entrepreneur at heart. He founded a luxury watch trading platform and launched a social media marketing agency.

Matthew joined Strategies after his exceptional internship experience. He values the supportive and dynamic environment of the firm and seeks to contribute to its mission of fostering a professional community built on trust, collaboration, and shared growth.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Matthew is active in Jewish Federation Services and supports Operation Smile. His lifestyle interests include fishing, skiing, lifting, and hunting, which keep him grounded and energized.
