With over 40 years of experience in business planning, Lyle has successfully built, grown, and exited his own companies—experiences that have shaped his deep commitment to helping others achieve their goals. His greatest satisfaction comes from witnessing the positive, often transformative, impact his work has on clients and partners alike. Lyle also thrives on bringing value to Advisors, clients and partners alike.
Lyle brings more than 30 years of expertise in the insurance and financial services industries. He joined Strategies for Wealth in 2016, after spending two decades with the Guardian Denver Agency. As a Partner, he plays a vital role in business planning, training and development, as well as finance and firm operations.
A proud native New Yorker, Lyle returned to his roots and now lives just a few miles from the firm’s Rye Brook office, with convenient access to New York City and the firm’s New England locations. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and taking long walks with his wife, Aileen, and their dog, Spence.
