Sha was born in Little Rock, AR, and raised in San Antonio, TX. She graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics, laying the foundation for a career focused on helping individuals, families, and business owners make informed financial decisions.
Throughout her career, Sha has been recognized with numerous industry honors, including MDRT Top of the Table, LILI Graduate, Partner of the Year, the Empowering Women Award, the 2023 Local Chamber Business Owner of the Year Award, and the Black Swan Award, among many others.
