John A. Joyce
John A. Joyce is an accomplished financial services professional with more than two decades of experience in credit sales, distressed assets, and interdealer brokerage. His experience lies in balancing trading economics with operational oversight for both par/near par and distressed bank trades.
John has held senior leadership roles across multiple firms, including Managing Director at Seaport Global Holdings, where he established an interdealer brokerage desk, and Managing Director of Corporate Credit Sales at Whitaker Securities. In addition to his Wall Street career, John is a Member-Owner of Thirty One Properties, LLC and Corrib Property Management, LLC, overseeing business ventures and real estate holdings in the food service and hospitality industries. He successfully navigated complex regulatory and financial challenges, leading business restructurings, lease negotiations, and property sales.
John’s academic background is as distinguished as his career. He earned a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and is a member of the New York State Bar. He also holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University.
