Cole Palmeri
Cole was born and raised in Hamilton, NJ, where he still resides today. He is a graduate of Colby College, where he earned a bachelor’s in economics with a concentration in Financial Markets. As a standout student-athlete, Cole excelled in collegiate baseball at both the Division I and Division III levels. He was recognized as a Division III All-American, NESCAC Player of the Year, and NESCAC Defensive Player of the Year. He was also a three-time NESCAC All-Academic and All-Conference selection, serving as team captain.
Professionally, Cole has gained experience as a scouting intern with Perfect Game and a coach at Hamilton Baseball Academy. In 2025, Cole joined Strategies, drawn to the firm’s vibrant culture and the opportunity to professionally develop while making a lasting impact on clients’ lives. Looking forward, his goal is to add value to his community by listening to others and providing practical advice.
Beyond academics and athletics, Cole is committed to community involvement through his support of Joey’s Little Angels, a charitable organization. His personal interests include fitness, baseball, music, and pickleball, which provide balance and creativity outside of his professional life.
