Adam has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. A graduate of Lehigh University with an MBA from Villanova University, Adam began his career as a CPA and moved to the Citigroup Private Bank, first as a Strategies for Wealth client. Adam then joined the firm in 2003 to gain control of his own career and follow his passion of helping people with their financial situations.
After 4 years as an advisor, Adam was asked to join the management team. In addition to working with his clients, Adam was responsible for recruiting and developing new associates. As a manager, Adam was a perennial PCA and GAMA Frontline Leader Award qualifier. Adam’s straightforward, hands-on approach contributed to the success of new associates and has had a powerful impact on the ability to attract highly qualified and successful associates.
Adam rejoined Strategies for Wealth in 2025 after 7 years as an Associate General Agent at another Guardian firm. While there, Adam helped lead the firm to the runner up for the President’s Cup for only the second time in the firm’s history.
Adam’s current responsibilities include agency growth and advisor training and development, while also working with his clients.
Born in Houston, Texas and raised in King of Prussia, PA, Adam currently resides in Short Hills, NJ. Adam’s time outside of work is spent with his wife, Lori, hiking and cycling. His greatest pleasure has been watching his twin daughters, Hallie and Rayna, continue to be happy and successful.
